We are sorry but because of the complexity of our shipping system and multiple shipping locations, we don’t offer exchanges at this time.

RETURNS

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the date your order was delivered. First, you must contact our support to obtain the return authorization number (RA). Your RA number must be clearly displayed on your return shipment otherwise there is a chance that your return may get lost. 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags still attached. Item must be free of stains, makeup, fragrances, deodorant, or visible wear. The items marked as “Clearance, Final Sale, or Customized items" are not eligible for return. 

RETURN SHIPPING METHODS

You can ship your return back to the address we will provide you with at the time we issue your RA number. You can send your return with any carrier of your choice as long as the carrier of your choice has a delivery service available to our warehouse.  For assistance in setting up a return shipment, please contact our support.  

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days after our warehouse team receives and inspects returned items. 

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item was DOA or we sent you the wrong style, color, or size, please contact our support. Please make sure to include your full name, order number, and clear pictures of the item you received with the short description, and we will send you a replacement item ASAP. 

REFUNDS

If we approve your claim, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. A refund will be issued within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
