Shipping Policy
GENERAL INFORMATION
To ensure that your package is delivered within the suggested time frames, please make sure that you enter your shipping information correctly. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect delivery addresses.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after the payment is verified. If your order has multiple items, it is possible that you will receive multiple packages. We reserve the right to optimize the order in order to deliver your order in the most affordable and efficient way.
SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES
We use Shopify's calculated shipping optimization program that provides you with the best shipping rate to your destination. Your shipping charge will be calculated based on weight, package dimensions, and delivery destination. We do reserve the right to optimize your shipping and use the best shipping provider.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All packages are shipped from the USA. Customers ordering outside of the USA may be subject to the duties and taxes of your given country. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon delivery and the package is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from any refund issued.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of shipping the purchased items back to us. The refund amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel or modify your order up to 24 Hrs. after your order has been placed. If you would like to cancel an order within 24 Hrs. after your order has been placed, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee. This amount will be deducted from any refund issued. Orders already processed to be shipped cannot be canceled.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, and you are responsible for tracking your shipment. It is not our duty to ensure or track delivery, once the package leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the delivery service provider.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If your package was delivered based on tracking information but you have not received it, please check around your property, your community mailbox, parcel locker, or apt./condo mailbox. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your local delivery person or facility. If your order cannot be located, please contact our support. Please make sure to include your full name and order number.
